Another Lawyer Displays Himself (Allegedly)

In Norton, Ohio an attorney Thomas L. Walkley was arrested for two counts of public indecency. He was at a local cafe and he allegedly (lawyers always use this word) showed his little guy to two other men. Now contrary to popular belief, lawyers don’t always know all the laws. They go to law school but they have to look up the laws just like anybody else. Laws are very complex and wordy. However Mr. Walkley does both civil and criminal work so along with common sense, he knows this law. Everybody knows this law. Showing your private lawyer parts in public places is still illegal in this country. Attorneys are officers of the courts and are supposed to be held to a higher standard (like police but you only hear this applied to the police).

This occurred in a free faith-based cafe’ where the victims were coming to work 8 hours of community service.  One of the victims called the police dispatch to make a complaint. When they did, they handed the phone to Walkley and he did not deny that pants were pulled down when asked. The police showed up and spoke to the two 19 year old victims (alleged) and then arrested the attorney.

We don’t profile in police work but if we did, Mr. Walkley fits the profile by age and race of who we catch in the parks doing the same thing. I do not know if he’s married and/or has kids.

Hey, just because that U.S. Attorney down in Florida got arrested for waving his flag doesn’t mean it’s cool. Counselor, if you allegedly showed these guys your no-no parts, stay out of public, faith-based cafes. As a matter of fact, just don’t do it. It’s called control and now the whole world knows your dirty little secret.
